Buses
Field trials show that particulate matter in EGR and after treatment exhaust can be reduced by more than 80%.
Buses used for city public transportation, school transportation and shuttle transport such as airports, use a start/stop drive cycle which is hard on diesel engines. The frequent cycle of accelerations and decelerations produces large amounts of PM soot which can deteriorate engine performance, cause maintenance problems and result in poor fuel mileage. The Paradigm System can help improve engine performance, reduce many of the problems associated with these harsh drive cycles and improve bus productivity for the bus fleet.
